Whether you’re a seasoned chef or just culinary curious foodie, our signature cooking classes are fit for any level of experience. This winter we’re excited to sharpen our knife skills in the Pippin Hill Kitchen and learn to prepare some of our favorite foods from scratch. From wood-firing fresh pizza dough to rolling homemade pasta, we cannot wait to experiment with all new ingredients and techniques. Lead by Executive Chef Ian Ryanecki, classes include a hands-on demo, followed by a family-style dinner, featured wine pairings and of course good company! We’ll use the fresh bounty of early spring harvest in our Kitchen Garden as inspiration for a hands-on cooking demonstration, dinner and 2 glasses of wine!
