This winter we’re excited to sharpen our knife skills in the Pippin Hill Kitchen and learn to prepare some of our favorite foods from scratch. From wood-firing fresh pizza dough to rolling homemade pasta, we cannot wait to experiment with all new ingredients and techniques. Lead by Executive Chef Ian Ryanecki, classes include a hands-on demo, followed by a family-style dinner, featured wine pairings and of course good company! We’ll use the fresh bounty of early spring harvest in our Kitchen Garden as inspiration for a hands-on cooking demonstration, dinner and 2 glasses of wine!
