Yesterday, we received a special delivery from Autumn Olive Farms in Waynesboro, Virginia – one of their chemical-free, humanely-raised pigs.  The half pig we received weighed more than 100 pounds, and Chef Amalia is busy cooking up ways to use every ounce of it!  From homemade sausages, pulled pork, to smoked meats – no part is going to waste, so check our chalkboard for daily specials.

This weekend, join us in the Tasting Room for pulled pork smoked in our wood burning oven with smoked tomato ketchup and apple slaw – YUM!

Autumn Olive Farms specializes in raising Boer Bok goats, which are a great alternative meat – leaner, lower in calories, cholesterol, and fat than beef, pork, lamb, or chicken.
