We’ll begin the evening harvesting produce from our onsite Kitchen Garden that is sure to help any spring dish come to life. We will then head inside to the kitchen to prepare the main course featuring items such as young spring greens, ramps and wild mushrooms. Following the hands-on cooking demonstration, guests will enjoy a fresh and flavorful dinner hosted by a member of our culinary team.

We are “pairing” each class with a featured wine. You will have your choice of 2 glasses of red or white wine that evening.

About the Cooking Class Experience

Participants will gather inside the kitchen for your cooking class demonstration. After the lesson, guests will enjoy a family style dinner in our Tasting Room. Gloves and masks will be provided. Masks are to be worn in the kitchen. Please note, that you may be grouped together with other cooking class participants during the hands-on portion of the class.

Each attendee receives 2 drink tickets redeemable for your choice of pre-selected red or white Pippin Hill wine. Upon arrival, please check-in with our team who will give you your 2 drink tickets, the recipes to follow along, and an apron for the evening. Wines by the bottle are available for sale for you to take home.
