Chef Ian will teach you how to prepare this popular Latin American favorite. And, paired with sangria, it’s sure to be a festive and refreshing evening! You will learn how to make ceviche and two types of sangria – a citrus/white wine sangria and a stone-fruit/red wine sangria. Following the hands-on cooking demonstration, guests will enjoy a dinner hosted by Chef Ian Rynecki.

About the Cooking Class Experience
Participants will gather inside the kitchen for your cooking class demonstration. After the lesson, guests will enjoy a family style dinner in our Tasting Room. Gloves and masks will be provided. Masks are to be worn in the kitchen. Please note, that you may be grouped together with other cooking class participants during the hands-on portion of the class.
Each attendee receives 2 drink tickets redeemable for your choice of pre-selected red or white Pippin Hill wine. Upon arrival, please check-in with our team who will give you your 2 drink tickets, the recipes to follow along, and an apron for the evening. Wines by the bottle are available for sale for you to take home.
