Mark your calendars!  FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 20th we will be kicking off the start of the Fall Season with our Homemade Pizzas!

With vibrant fall foliage, crisp autumn air and the familiar smell of wood smoke – Fall means one thing on The Hill…. Pizza. This September, step into Pippin Hill’s Tasting Room, The Farm Table & Wine Bar.  Sip on a heartwarming glass of our newly released Cab Franc and cozy up by the wood-burning oven for a real experience as Chef Amalia embraces fresh fall flavors and ingredients to create your perfect pizza pie.  Watch the pizza making from start to finish and engage in this interactive experience with our Master Pizza Chef!

From mouth-watering toppings of Prosciutto, fig and Fontina cheese, to the undeniably irresistible citrus-marinated prawns, arugula pesto, and shaved ricotta salata – these pies will keep you coming back for more. The baking will begin Friday, September 20th and pizzas will be available Friday – Sunday.

Chef’s favorite? A crispy slice of Pippin Hill’s freshly baked pizza topped with Virginia Ham, Smoked Mozzarella, and Caramelized Onions, finished off with a glass of our smooth, full-bodied Merlot.
