DSC_0674THIS Halloween Weekend, Pippin Hill’s famous pizza pies return! Friday through Sunday from 11-3:00 PM our pizza masters will be firing up the wood-burning oven for your pizza dining pleasure. Every week we will feature a new pizza special with all the fixin’s to answer all of your autumnal cravings.

Here at Pippin Hill we are just as fanatical about the temperature of our wood-burning oven, as we are about the freshness and quality of our ingredients. In just seconds, watch our culinary team create a stellar wood-fired pie with charred crusts and superfresh ingredients directly from our farm partners.

As we bid farewell to fresh summer produce, we eagerly welcome robust, nourishing ingredients iconic of fall and the cooler, crisper afternoons. From warming butternut squash to caramelized onions to fig & proscuitto – the fall toppings are endless.

There’s no better way to celebrate the return of everyone’s favorite dish than finding the perfect Pippin Hill wines to pair it with. We suggest pairing our gourmet pizzas with a glass of one of our favorite reds, the Cabernet Franc.
