Persimmon Smash Signature Cocktail
- 1 oz. Persimmon Puree
- 1 oz. St. Germain
1. Grab a persimmon, remove the skin and blend in a blender until smooth.
2. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz. of puree, 1 oz. St. Germain and shake.
3. Pour into a champagne flute.
4. Top with Pippin Hill Farm Sparkling Blanc de Blanc and serve.
