New Item on our Farm Table & Wine Bar Menu: Citrus Poached Gulf Shrimp with pickled Chilies, Avocado, H & B Sunburst Tomatoes, Cilantro Berries, Yucca & Thai Hot Sauce.

This innovative seafood dish showcases the summer’s crisp, complementary flavors. Fresh Gulf Coast Shrimp poached with olive oil and citrus and enhanced with super sweet sun gold tomatoes from our local farm partner, Horse & Buggy.

The star of the dish?  The cilantro berries.  A very rare berry grown in our front garden with a hard and unfamiliar exterior, and exploding with divine citrus flavors.

As our Sous Chef, Bill Scatena will tell you, when you bite into one of the cilantro berries they will surprise you with “the most incredible, strong citrusy flavor that makes any dish pop.”

Our new dish pairs elegantly with a glass of Pippin Hill’s Chardonnay.
