Meyer lemons are a wonderfully versatile fruit, that are great additions to salads, desserts, seafood, and much more. These lemons are sweeter, hint of oranges, and are less acidic than your standard lemon. A relatively new hybrid, identified in 1908, Meyer lemons are popping up in recipes everywhere.
Yesterday, we were thrilled to receive a basket full of these delectable lemons from Tra Vigne Vineyards!
So, what is Chef Amalia planning? Look out soon for a Meyer Lemon and Olive Oil Cake with Rosemary-Viognier Syrup.
