Chef Ian Rynecki is tailoring the dinner menu to highlight the just-picked fruits, vegetables, and herbs straight from our Kitchen Gardens and our Pippin Hill wine team is working closely with Chef Ian to suggest the perfect pairings to accompany each dish. This December, Chef Ian Rynecki has put together a delicious 3-course prix-fixe menu (see below!) for $48 per person.
