Virginia Beef Carpaccio with Roasted Taggiasca Olives, Sungold Tomatoes, Shaved Pepato Cheese and Tossed Baby Dandelion Greens (pairs well with our Summer Farm Rose 2010)

Sweet Corn Angolotti Pasta with a Maine Lobster Medallion, English Peas, French Black Truffles and Rose Butter (pairs well with our Chardonnay Reserve 2010)

Heritage Breed Pork Tenderloin Stuffed with Garden Herbs and Toasted Mustard Seeds served with Braised Savoy Cabbage, Charred Rhubarb Jam, Farm Carrots and Warm Pancetta Vinaigrette (paired with our Cabernet Sauvignon 2009)
