This April, we are extending our Tasting Room hours for a few special evenings so that you may sip in the beautiful sunsets at Pippin Hill, all while enjoying a delicious 3-course dinner. As the days get longer and every day brings new blooms, join us to savor all of Spring’s delights.

Chef Ian Rynecki has tailored the dinner menu to highlight the just-picked fruits, vegetables, and herbs picked straight from our Kitchen Garden, onto your table. Additionally, our Pippin Hill wine team work closely with Chef Ian to suggest the perfect pairings to accompany each dish. Together, Chef Ian and the Pippin Culinary Team have created a delicious 3-course prix-fixe menu for just $48 per person.
