We’re excited to give a warm welcome to our 2016 Bin 21! Just in time for the cooler months, it is easily the perfect wine for sitting by the fire on a cold winter’s night. Our port is rich with balanced sweetness featuring dark cocoa, black cherry, raisins, and sweet tobacco characteristics that come from the interaction of the oak and the brandy used for fortification. Harvested in September 2016 and finishing with medium plus oak and tannins, this wine pairs well with Chef Ian’s Peppercorn Lamb + Stone Roasted Beets.
