Gather with family and friends to celebrate your grad with a special three-course prix fixe dinner at Pippin Hill, featuring seasonal dishes, thoughtful wine pairings, and sweeping vineyard views.

The evening begins with house-made focaccia and olive oil for the table. Each guest will then select one option from each course to enjoy their three-course dinner.

First Course

Virginia Blue Crab Soup
caramelized corn, chive oil, crispy holland leek

Baby Gem Black Garlic Caesar
polenta crouton, white anchovy, shaved pecorino

Beet Gazpacho
black garlic crème fraîche, english cucumber, crispy beet greens

Second Course

Mediterranean Sea Bass
crispy yukon Gold potato, grilled asparagus, cilantro chimichurri

Peppercorn-Encrusted Hanger Steak
duchess potato, grilled leek, toasted shallot bordelaise

Marinated Artichoke & Hearts of Palm “Crab” Cakes (Vegan)
caramelized parsnip purée, haricot vert, smoky romesco

Third Course

Flourless Chocolate Torte
grand marnier caramel, crushed pistachio, earl grey ice cream

Cherry Frangipane Tart
candied almond, whipped goat cheese mousse, cherry agrodolce

Semolina Cake
strawberry crème pâtissière, lemon gel, honey tuile
