Next Wednesday, February 19th, we will kick off the beginning of our cooking classes with Warming Winter Soups & Stews. Cozy up to a bowl of Chef Amalia’s heartwarming favorites!

Reserve your spot today, and enjoy an intimate, hands-on experience where you’ll learn classic cooking techniques and indulge in fine cuisine.

The featured menu includes:

Coq Au Vin
A delightful French classic of chicken braised with red wine and mushrooms

Roasted Squash Bisque
A traditional puréed bisque, rich in flavor

Ribollita
A hearty Tuscan stew made with a potage of bread and vegetables

The all-inclusive package is just $85.00 per person, $75.00 for wine club members and includes Pippin Hill wine throughout the evening. Class begins at 6 PM and is limited to 16 people.
