Kick off your summer at Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards! On the evening of June 21st, 2018, we’re hosting a Summer Solstice Wine Dinner to celebrate the start of our favorite season. We can’t think of a better way to end the longest day of the year than with world-class wines and an unbeatable view.  Enjoy an elegant and relaxed dinner on our Veranda, while savoring the extended sunset hour.

The evening will begin with a sparkling wine and canapés. Then, guests will proceed to the Veranda for a 4-course wine pairing. Executive Chef Ian Rynecki’s menu will feature freshly harvested produce from our Kitchen Garden, and winemaker Michael Shaps will pair each course with a unique wine selection. In addition, Shaps will present each of his expertly crafted wines to the guests. DJ Derek Tobler will provide lovely sounds of summer for the night.

This event takes place from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm on June 21st, 2018. $130 per person.
