White morels are a prized ingredient for many chef’s as their distinctive and delicate flavor can immediately elevate a dish.  Chef Amalia is excited to be using them for a wedding this weekend and yesterday received a package of fresh morels from Oregon for the event.  These will be used in her Local Chevre Ravioli with Caramelized Morels, English Peas, Tossed Pea Tendrils, and Rosé Butter.  We can’t wait!
