Summer may be winding down, but the grill is heating up! Join us on September 11th for our Shenandoah September Sizzles cooking class. Sliders have been the #1 most popular dish on our menu since we opened our doors, and now it’s your turn to learn Chef’s secrets behind the grill. This cookout has something for everyone – you’ll learn how to season juicy grass-fed burgers to perfection, as well as how to recreate our signature vegetarian black bean & mushroom sliders. No burger is complete without all the fixings, and we’ll use produce from our garden to make fresh summer toppings, including peperonata and roasted tomato aioli. Savor the end of summer with a peach crisp with crumble topping for dessert. Following the hands-on cooking demonstration, guests will enjoy a family-style dinner hosted by Chef Ian Rynecki.
