Last night our Executive Chef, Amalia Scatena, and our dedicated kitchen crew headed to Meriwether Springs Vineyard to prepare a variety of dim-sum style tapas for an evening in celebration of Virginia Cider Week. The event, hosted by Hill & Holler, was a great success!
The live music was soothing, the cider was flowing. Guests gathered in the cozy and intimate setting for an evening of good company, distinctive ciders and truly remarkable tapas. From caramelized brussels sprouts to Maine lobster rolls, guests just couldn’t get enough!
We are proud of our Chef Amalia and the team, and look forward to future events with Hill & Holler promoting local food and agriculture.
