ABOUT THE EVENT
Join us as we make pierogi in the Pippin Hill kitchen! Grab your apron and learn the tricks of perfecting pierogi in the Pippin Hill kitchen. Executive Chef Ian Rynecki will share his tips and tricks on how to perfect this traditional Eastern European dumpling. In this class, you’ll learn how to create dough out of flour, dairy and butter before adding a savory or sweet filling and perfecting the art of molding pierogi. Following the hands-on demonstration, we’ll sit down together to enjoy a family-style dinner with Chef Ian Rynecki.
We are “pairing” each class with a featured wine. You will have your choice of 2 glasses of red or white wine that evening. Let us recommend the Cannon Red & Zero White for this evening.
ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE
The cooking class is approximately 1-hour of hands-on cooking with focused instruction followed by a seated family-style dinner with Chef Ian Rynecki. Each attendee receives 2 drink tickets redeemable for your choice of select red or white Pippin Hill wine. Upon arrival, please check-in with the event manager who will give you your 2 drink tickets, the recipes to follow along, and an apron for the evening. Wines by the bottle are available for sale for you to take home. Wine club members receive $10 off their ticket price.
