This complex wine gives tobacco, coffee, and cocoa on the nose; blueberries, blackberries, and cedar in the middle; and more cedar on the finish. It is a smooth wine with nice tannins and structure throughout. Pair it with our Caromont Goat Cheese Agnolotti. The dish features caramelized celery root and fennel, tomato passato, and pecorino.
