This month, we will be featuring Chef Amalia’s Grilled Calamari!

This seafood is adaptable, and willing to take on many flavors and seasonings.

Our Grilled Calamari dish features an array of flavors that play off traditional Spanish cuisine. Combining simple components of salsa verde, cilantro and cannellini beans, this dish enables naturally rich flavors to emerge with tremendous flavor. The cold & rustic sauce is the perfect layering between the crunch of pine nuts and kick of heat from the Calabrian Chiles.
The Grilled Calamari is light and delicate with overwhelming depth of flavor, a memorable pairing with our Chardonnay Reserve.
