New Tasting Room Menu Item – Grilled Virginia Rockfish

Our Grilled Virginia Rockfish features a trio of distinct flavors of corona white beans, Calabrian chiles and Meyer Lemon preserve, creating a Provencal-inspired dish that will warm your soul as we transition from winter to spring. Smothered in a spicy tomato sauce, you’ll be asking for the recipe!

We suggest pairing the rockfish with our 2012 Petit Verdot. This gorgeous & velvety wine cuts through the heat of the Calabrian chiles and the acidity of the tomato sauce to offer a smooth and balanced finish to every bite.
