2oz Makers Mark Bourbon

1oz Lavender Simple Syrup

2oz House Sour


Fill rocks glass with ice, bourbon, lavender simple syrup, and house sours. Stir to blend. Garnish with a piece of candied ginger on the rim.

To make the Lavender Simple Syrup – In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to boil and stir to dissolve sugar. Turn off, add 6 Lavender, allow to cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate until chilled.

To make fresh sours – Combine 1 cup sugar with 1 cup water until sugar is completely dissolved. Add 1 cup fresh lime juice and 1 cup fresh lemon juice.
