ABOUT THE EVENTS

House-made ricotta gnocchi is a staple on our Tasting Room menu, and Executive Chef Ian Rynecki will show you how to master the art of homemade pasta dough. In this class, you’ll learn how to make pasta from scratch and scrumptious sauces to match. No Italian feast is complete without the perfect wine – you’ll pair your homemade pasta with Pippin Hill’s very own wine for a dining experience you won’t soon forget. Following the hands-on cooking demonstration, guests will enjoy a family-style dinner hosted by Chef Ian Rynecki.

FEATURED WINE

We are “pairing” each class with a featured wine. You will have your choice of 2 glasses of red or white wine that evening. Let us recommend the Cannon Red or Zero White for this evening.

ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE

The cooking class is approximately 1-hour of hands-on cooking with focused instruction followed by a seated family-style dinner with Chef Ian Rynecki. Each attendee receives 2 drink tickets redeemable for your choice of select red or white Pippin Hill wine. Upon arrival, please check-in with the event manager who will give you your 2 drink tickets, the recipes to follow along, and an apron for the evening. Wines by the bottle are available for sale for you to take home. Wine club members receive $10 off their ticket price.
