Pack your appetite and join us as we embark on our for our first-ever Global Cooking Class Series. Our next three classes will take you around the world as Chef Ian explores the flavors of South America, Japan and Thailand. You can book classes individually or opt to enroll in our full series and sign up for all three.

Purchase our three-class bundle to reserve your spot for the following classes: South of the Vines (July 15th), Cooking with Umami (July 22nd) and Flavors of Thailand (August 12th). In addition to three cooking classes, this ticket includes Chef’s Choice cookbook from the Phaidon international cookbook collection. You’ll not only leave these classes with a global appetite, you’ll also be ready to apply the tips and tricks learned to new recipes!


Each ticket includes a Garden Tour, Cooking Class, Dinner and Two Glasses of Wine.

Weather permitting, each Cooking Class begins with a Kitchen Garden Tour led by Chef Ian. Following the tour, participants will gather in the Tasting Room for the hands-on, socially distanced cooking class. After the lesson, guests will enjoy a plated dinner in the Tasting Room with the option to sit as an individual party or gather with others. Gloves and masks will be provided.

For the safety of our team and guests, all summer cooking classes will be limited to 12 participants. Modifications to the class structure will be made to ensure the safety and social distancing of all guests. If you are booking with friends in your quarantine “pod,” please let us know so we can group you together.
