Our Port is rich with balanced sweetness. Bin 21 leaves a feeling of warmth from the higher alcohol level and has a velvety mouthfeel from the soft tannins. There are dark chocolate and cherry characteristics that come from the interaction of the oak and the brandy used for fortification. It is the perfect wine for sitting by the fire on a winter night and pairs wonderfully with cheeses and our Petit Verdot cupcakes.
