April 4th-6th Pizza Special:

Every Friday, our lead line cook, Allie, arrives bright and early to chop wood to fire up the wood burning oven for your weekend pizza special. She’s phenomenal, and so is your first bite into that homemade slice of goodness. Come see us today — meet Allie, and treat yourself to something so good, you’ll be back tomorrow.

This weekend’s special is a homemade pie smeared with a pesto base and covered with shredded mozzarella. It is topped with Montenebro goat cheese, roasted fresno chiles, pickled jalapenos, and surryano ham. Each slice is garnished with micro-greens, balsamic and parmesan cheese.

Weekend Wine Feature: Pippin Hill’s Winemaker’s Select White

Just this week we released our 2013 Winemaker’s Select White, and let us just say, this wine is fun. We could go into specific descriptions of the floral aromatics, fruity, energetic flavors, and clean finish, but really that makes it sound so serious. The aromas are spring and summer, rolled into one, and once you sip it, you know this is the perfect wine to take to the beach, garden parties, or your back porch. You know, the fun places. Our visitors buy this wine by the case, and we think we know why.
