Just Released – Pippin Hill’s 2012 Cabernet Franc: We are thrilled that we can finally share our Cabernet Franc with you – and just in time for Labor Day festivities! This lighter red is full of spicy flavors and a pleasing tannic profile that only Cabernet Franc can deliver. It is lighter, less tannic and less densely structured than Cabernet Sauvignon. The virtues are its nose of raisins, currants and fresh cut cedar. In the first sip, experience memorable flavors of chocolate & coffee beans, roasted bell peppers & a touch of warm caramel. Sip on a glass with a fan favorite — the Pippin Sliders!
