Our 2015 Petit Verdot will be released in the tasting room on Friday, November 3rd. It is our juiciest Petit Verdot yet, with grapes from our estate vineyard filling this wine to the brim with dark, dark fruit. The result is layered aromatically with black licorice and an abundance of plum, a concentrated mid-palate with notes of prune, black currant, and smoky charcoal that finishes with fine tannins and a touch of granite.

To celebrate the release, our Executive Chef Ian Rynecki crafted a weekend special~ Peppercorn Lamb with African Blue Basil, Stone Roasted Beets, and Creme Fraiche. The Tasting Room will feature the dish all weekend long! Spend your weekend at Pippin Hill Farm, enjoying this special pairing and our unbeatable views.
